Bibigo Kitchen to debut in San Diego - Fast Casual

Bibigo Ktichen, a modern Korean brand, getting ready to serve its fine-casual menu to diners in Fashion Valley Mall, San Diego come May 24.

Bibigo Kitchen offers the flavors of Korean BBQ in a high-end restaurant environment, according to a press release, with a menu spearheaded by Chef In Jun Hwang, a veteran chef with over 18 years of cooking experience.

"Our goal is to invite the world to enjoy modern Korean cuisine, all in a relaxed restaurant environment. The menu at Bibigo Kitchen is meticulously handcrafted, yet fun and delicious. We hope it will allow our diners to experience these unique flavors in an entirely new way," said Hwang in the release.

Guests order from the open kitchen counter and make selections from grill entrees, either served on a plate or a hot stone, before taking a seat to enjoy their meal.

The restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and to celebrate its grand opening the restaurant will offer free beef or vegetable Mandu appetizers for every guest during the first week of operation.
